Smokey bbq bake 😬😬😬

Ingredients 👇👇👇

2-3 peppers
3 sweet potato wraps (gluten free) (you can use normal wraps)
100-150 grams low fat cheese
250 chicken breast
1 tin of sweet corn
1 packet smoky bbq seasoning (you can fajita mix etc)
A few squirts of no added sugar ketchup

1. Cut chicken & peppers is small pieces and cook together 

2. spray oven proof dish with low calorie spray, to stop wraps sticking to it.

3. Start layering in dish, wrap, peppers & chicken and cheese. Continue the process until you full dish.

4. Bake in for 30 minutes @ 180.

All the above is cool, but PLEASE focus a little more on ur chosen training!!!

 

I see way too many people putting in MINIMUM effort in there training 😩

 

If you want to be stronger, fitter, faster or looked good naked. You need to put the work in!!! Please!!!

 

No diet/nutrition program will do that for you!!! 😬😬😬
